生产中发现二氧化碳水玻璃石英砂铸钢件麻坑缺陷与二氧化碳水玻璃石灰石砂铸钢件的麻坑形貌特征相似。试验指出：采用与消除二氧化碳水玻璃石灰石砂铸钢件麻坑缺陷相同的方法如：改性涂料、不上涂料、改良面砂等工艺方法可有效地消除二氧化碳水玻璃石英砂铸钢件的麻坑缺陷。

Elimination of Surface Pit Defect of Cast Steel Bolster

Production of steel casting by carbon dioxide sodium silicate process the defect of surface pit is always existed.Its appearance is similar to that on the castings produced by limestone sand process.Production test proved that the elimination of this kind defect in sodium silicate process is also similar to that in limestone sand casting process such as using modified coating or no coating or using modified coat sand which can effectively eliminate the surface pit defect on castings.
