食源性生物活性肽抗小鼠运动性疲劳的研究

摘    要:探讨了食源性生物活性肽对小鼠负重游泳时间、血清尿素氮、肝糖原和血乳酸含量等的影响.结果表明:相对于对照组,该食源性生物活性肽能显著延长小鼠负重游泳时间(P<0.05),显著提高肝糖原含量(P<0.05),显著降低血清尿素氮含量和血乳酸含量(P<0.05).说明该食源性生物活性肽具有抗小鼠运动性疲劳的作用,为其在运动食品中的应用提供试验依据.

Abstract:The paper studied the effects of food-borne bioactive peptides on loaded swimming time,serum urea nitrogen,liver glycogen and blood lactic acid of mice.The results showed that the food-borne bioactive peptides could significantly prolong the loaded swimming time(P<0.05) and increase the content of the liver glycogen(P<0.05),but remarkably lower the content of serum urea nitrogen and blood lactic acid(P<0.05).The results indicated that the food-borne bioactive peptides had resistance to the exercise-induced ...
