悬浮式提花织针驱动模型的建立及结构研究

摘    要:比较了电子选针原理和悬浮式织针驱动原理的不同,阐述了悬浮式选针装置的结构特点、驱动频率和驱动方式.通过建立悬浮式选针装置的有限元模型,对其进行仿真分析,最后确定了永磁体厚度和气隙大小、受力等相关结构参数之间的关系.为新型电脑提花机的研究应用提供了一定的参考价值.
