| 摘 要： | 输变电设备在安装工程竣工和验收后,投入运行时通常是按照启动方案操作完成,以保证安全、顺利使设备进入运行状态。本文阐述了输变电设备投运启动方案编写的一般内容和要求,以及满足要求的必要性。并举例说明了编写方案时的思路和建议。

| Abstract: | The transmission and transformer equipment are put into operation in accordance with the starting program after the completion of installation and the acceptance of transmission and transformer equipment.to ensure that the equipment can safely and successfully enter into the operation condition.This paper describes the general conent and requirements for the compilation of operation starting program for transmission and transformer equipment as well as the necessity of the conformity of repuirements.lt gives examples to explain the train of thought and suggestions during the compilation of starting program. |
