| Abstract: | This paper describe the method of the identification of maiting barley variety by means of polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (PAGE), which can separate barley hordein - the major storage protein in barley.The method base on the principle that different variety has different electrophoresis graph of hordein (finger-print). |
