| 摘 要： | 针对YB5 9A小盒透明纸包装机拉线装置中存在的粘贴错位问题 ,将其拉线装置由左侧整体移位至右侧 ,并拆除热溶胶刷涂机构 ,使拉线粘贴装置后移 ,改正后拉线的粘贴合格率大大提高 ,由“拉线错位”造成的不合格品的比例由原来的 2 8.36%下降为 2 .2 3%。

| Abstract: | In order to solve the problem of tear tape misalignment in YB59A packet wrapping machine, the tear tape device was moved wholly from the left side to the right side of the machine, the hot melt adhesive applicator was dismantled, and the adhering station of tear tape was shifted rearward. Thus the rate of correctly adhered tear tape was increased greatly, and the defects of misaligned tear tape were dropped from 28.36% to 2.23%. |
