Nd:YAG激光器多波长输出技术与应用研究

摘    要:介绍了Nd:YAG激光器多波长输出及应用技术,分析了Nd:YAG激光的辐射跃迁能级,论述了抑制1064nm激光的生成从而提高1319nm激光输出等关键技术,研究了光学系统参数,利用氪灯泵浦,实现1064nm、1319am波长激光输出分别达到110W、46W,KTP倍频输出532nm、660nm波长激光分别达到22W、2W.

Abstract:This text has been introduced Nd:YAG many wavelengths of laser instrument export and application technology,has been analysed Nd:YAG jump and move energy, expound the fact and suppress 1064 nm lasers turn into key technology of raising 1319 nm laser export etc by the radiations of laser,have studied the optical system parameter,It utilizes krypton lamp pump realize 1 064 nm,1 319nm wavelength lasers export and reach 110 W,46 W,KTP crystal Intracavity frequency doubling exports 532 nm,wavelength 660 nm laser and reaches 22 W,2 W separately.
