| 摘 要： | 以水-醋酸-乙醚三元体系单级萃取为例。在Excel环境下,通过将其“单变量求解”工具与“求逆矩阵”函数嵌套,逐步试差逼近,实现了萃取操作全程自动计算。结果表明,该法不仅可完全取代传统的图解法,而且可对变工况过程进行快捷准确工程分析。调整相关参数,提出合理的应对措施。

| Abstract: | With the help of Excel,a new method was introduced,in which a tool of Goal Seek is combined with function of solving "Reverse Matrix" calculating automatically liquide xtraction for no-miscible system operation through trail and error step by step in entire.The results indicated that this new one not only could replace well conventional plotting method,but also analyzed rapidly and accurately in engineering to the processes at unconstant conditions,and give responding on parameters judged and fight solving ways. |
