关于同杆并架双回线跨线故障下稳定对策的讨论

摘    要:鉴于目前线路保护的选相功能还无法适应同杆并架双回线异名相故障正确选相跳闸的要求,使得执行《电力系统安全稳定导则》第2.5.4条发生了困难。本文介绍山西电网采用的一种折衷办法,使得是保护适应《导则》、还是《导则》迁就保护的矛盾得到统一。

Abstract:At present the function of line protection cannot meet the need of correctly selecting and switching offthe faulty phase when single line-to--ground fault simultaneously occurs in different phase and different circuit of doublecircuit on the same support. Thus it is difficult to executethe item 2.5. 4 in "Guide for Power System Security andStability".In this paper the author describes a compromisemethod by which the above mentioned problem between theGuide and the practical protective relaying is solved.
