平行轴摆线针轮传动及其力学分析

摘    要:分析平行轴摆线针轮减速器或增速新型传动装置的结构,原理和齿廓方程,进行齿顶曲线优化,根据变形协调条件建立平衡方程,对提出的力学模型进行了受力分析。研究结果表明,环板和连杆的受力呈简谐规律变化。沿水平方向存在较大的冲击力,两块环板可实现力平衡,但需要克服死点的辅助机构实现动力连续传动。

Abstract:This paper studies the structure,principle and tooth profile equation of the new transmission gear for the deceleration and acceleration of parallelaxes cycloid pinwheel,conducts optimization of tooth crest curves,establishes equilibrium equation according to the coordinating conditions of distortion,and carries out analysis of the mechanical model under stress.The results show that the atress of ring plate and link rod presents a simple harmonic change,there is great impact force along the horizontal direction,and mecharical balance can be achieved between the two ring plates,but auxiliary mechanism to prevent death point is needed to make power transmission possible.
