超深井高气油比复合举升技术研究与应用

摘    要:针对超深井高气油比油藏的生产问题,研究了复合举升技术。该技术在目前机采技术的基础上,把电潜泵和柱塞泵同时安装在同一生产管柱上,进行"接力"采油。为解决2套泵之间的协调问题,加装了蓄能器;同时采用沉降管技术有效地分离了大部分游离气,满足了机采泵对入口气液比的要求。试验表明,有杆泵和电潜泵之间能够协调工作,气体分离效果明显,有效解决了超深井单一举升方式存在的技术难题,并大大降低了高气油比对泵的影响。

Abstract:The compound lifting technology has been studied for developing high gas ratio reservoir in ultra deep well. The character of the tech is fixing ESP and plunger pump in the same production string to relay extraction. Accumulator is installed to correspond the two pumps and subsiding tube is adopted to availably separate mostly free gas. The experiments prove that the technology is capable to availability solve lifting problem of high gas factor in ultra deep well.
