基于CAN总线的大型集中润滑系统网络组建

摘    要:针对大型集中润滑系统的要求和特点,给出了一种基于CAN总线的大型集中润滑系统网络组建方案。提出了采用网桥实现CAN总路的二级树型网络拓扑结构,并对各个节点分组编址,从而实现了单播和广播,同时能够动态地增加与去除网络中的节点,最后规定了系统的信息格式,并设计了节点流程。该网络可以满足上千个节点的通信需求,适合用于大型集中润滑系统。

Abstract:According to the requirements and characteristics of the large-scale centralized lubrication system,a network construction scheme of the large-scale centralized lubrication system based on CAN bus was proposed.The two-stage tree-typed network topology constructed by net bridge was offered,and all nodes were given addresses in group,so as to realize unicast and broadcast.Meanwhile,the nodes could be added and eliminated dynamically,and the information format of the system was defined and the process flow of the node was designed.Thus,the network could meet the communication demands of thousands of nodes,which was suitable for the large-scale centralized lubrication system.
