基于智能巡检的智能化变电站状态监测系统设计方案

摘    要:提出一种适应智能化变电站特征的一次设备状态监测系统,能够将智能化巡检系统与在线监测数据、设备信息及各类试验数据进行数据融合。介绍了500 kV繁昌站智能化改造在线监测系统结构,结合500 kV繁昌变电站的智能化改造工作,建立智能巡检系统,比较了智能巡检系统与传统意义上智能巡检系统的不同。从智能巡检系统的结构框架和原理出发,阐述智能巡检系统的实现方法。阐述了基于智能巡检系统的全景信息平台的设备诊断、状态评估及风险评估。

Abstract:This paper proposes a primary equipment condition monitoring system for intelligent substation,capable of integrating various data,including data from intelligent inspection system,online monitoring system and equipment.Then the online monitoring system in 500 kV Fanchang intelligent substation project is introduced,where intelligent inspection system has been constructed and compared with the conventional inspection system.From the perspective of structural framework and working principle of intelligent inspection system,the implementation methods are elaborated.Finally the diagnosis,condition evaluation and risk assessment of the panorama information platform equipments are analyzed based on the intelligent inspection system.
