摘    要:采用EDEM离散元软件模拟了卧式高能球磨设备在制备纳米级SiO2粉时,研磨仓体内钢球与物料的相互碰撞情况。通过采用实际实验,成功制备出了纳米级SiO2粉。将模拟的结果与实际实验相互结合,我们得出了一套制备纳米SiO2粉的成熟工艺。即在叶片长度为115mm、宽度为8mm、转动速度1000rpm-1100rpm、钢球直径3mm、球料比15:1的情况下,使用卧式高能搅拌磨机球磨60min即可得到纳米级的SiO2粉。

Abstract:The EDEM discrete element software was used to simulate the collision of steel balls and materials in the grinding chamber when the horizontal high-energy ball milling equipment was used to prepare the nano SiO2 powder. Through the use of practical experiments, nano SiO2 powders have been successfully prepared. Combining the results of the simulation with the actual experiments, we obtained a set of mature processes for preparing nano SiO2 powders. That is, in the case of a blade length of 115 mm, a width of 8 mm, a rotation speed of 1000 rpm to 1100 rpm, a steel ball diameter of 3 mm, and a ball material ratio of 15:1, nano SiO2 powder can be obtained by ball milling using a horizontal high-energy stirring mill for90 min.
