VoLTE网络跨Pool容灾方案研究设计与实现

核心网集中化、扁平化的组网特点，在实现资源共享、业务快速部署等优势的同时，机房、电源、承载网、传输网等环节成为核心网多网元同时故障的潜在隐患，网络传统的单板级、网元级、POOL级容灾技术和机制已无法应对其带来的重大影响。本文就是为了解决上述问题，通过多维风险分析和网络能力分析，提出容灾率算法，实现VoLTE网络POOL内资源容灾能力的量化判定，基于该算法构建跨POOL容灾模型，通过四级定损，场景预置、网络资源动态调用，实现VoLTE业务跨POOL网络容灾，强化VoLTE核心网容灾体系化保障能力，实现重大网络故障下的业务快速恢复。

Research Design and Application for VoLTE Network Cross-pool Redundancy Plan

Centralization and flat are characteristics of the core network structure. The advantages of this structure are resources sharing and fast deployment. However, potential risks are that server room, power, bearer network and transmission network could encounter failures simultaneously. Traditional slot level, unit level, pool level redundancy technologies and methods are no longer able to control risks. This article aims at solving the issue mentioned above. Hence that, this article will discuss a redundancy ratio algorithm by using multi-risks analysis and network capability analysis methods to achieve quantifying the redundancy capability within the VoLTE network pool resources. Furthermore, the cross-pool redundancy model which based on this algorithm will be developed to enhance the VoLTE core network redundancy capability and achieve fast recovery while major malfunction. The model will include the following methods: four level damage assessment, malfunction drill plan and network resources dynamic deployment.
