| 摘 要： | 为探讨金融资本在铁矿石国际贸易市场中的影响机理,剖析四大矿业获取高额利润的根因。本文通过对四大矿商垄断地位优势的来源和金融投资机构的交叉持股等进行分析。结果表明：四大矿业在开采阶段,凭借储量、品位、开采成本等优势,垄断国际市场产量,获取垄断利润；在商品定价阶段,通过与金融投资机构交叉持股,结成了利益的共同体,操纵国际铁矿石价格的波动,获取高额利润。我国铁矿石期货国际化推出,将有助于引导铁矿石行业相关资本在全球范围内流通配置,提高避险效率。
