磨料水射流光整身管表面方法

摘    要:为了满足枪械对枪管内表面高质量的要求,提高射击精度,提出了一种磨料水射流光滑身管表面的方法。首先针对身管膛线的螺旋特性,结合磨料水射流加工方式,对磨料水射流光整身管加工装置的结构进行设计。进而建立磨料水射流切割数学模型,并利用Fluent流体仿真软件进行磨料水射流加工过程的数值分析与计算,研究结果表明:磨料水射流光滑身管表面加工方法是可行的,对于磨料水射流光整身管内表面加工方式进一步发展具有一定的指导意义。

Abstract:aim to meet the high quality requirements of the gun barrel on the inner surface of the gun and improve the firing accuracy, a method for the surface of the abrasive water ejecting light sliding body is proposed. According to the characteristics of spiral rifling, combined with abrasive water jet machining, design the structure of abrasive water jet machining device for tube body of the streamer. And then establish the mathematical model of abrasive water jet cutting, and numerical calculation and analysis of abrasive water jet machining process using Fluent simulation software, the results showed that the abrasive water jet sliding surface processing method of Gun Barrel is feasible, for abrasive water jet tube body surface processing further development has certain guiding significance
