Large-diameter Rotor-type Technology of Bullet Knot

Abstract: According to the technological process of automatic production line of large diameter bullet projectile and the production process of automatic production line of small diameter bullet rotor , the high speed rotor technology can be applied to the automatic assembly line of large caliber bullets.This paper mainly describes the working principle of the large-diameter rotor-type technology of bullet knot and analyzes how the improvement measures can improve the beat and quality of the product,calculates the force and required power of the cam in the device,and conducts the strength analysis. Theoretically the feasibility of developing large caliber projectile rotor knot machine is discussed.
