摘    要:工业零部件气密性检测是一项重要的安全检测之一.该文介绍了气压式泄漏检测仪的工作原理和工作过程,针对现有仪器存在的缺陷,结合理想气体状态方程,从理论上讨论了温度对检测结果的影响,利用"温度等效泄漏"方法,推导了温度补偿算法.同时设计了一种数字信号处理器为核心的气密性检测系统,并给出了硬件电路结构及软件流程.最后对检测结果和测量误差进行对比分析.实测结果表明,系统测量精度明显提高,性能稳定可靠.
