摘    要:对张钢4^#高炉斜桥振动频率进行了实测,并进行了理论计算和分析,认为共振是斜桥振动的主要原因,指出应提高斜桥的刚度(特别是两支座间的刚度)避开共振区。通过增设支撑进行加固,解决了斜桥振动问题,保证了生产正常进行。

Abstract:The frequency of oscillation system of charging bridge of No.4 blast furnace in Zhangdian iron and stee general works was tested,and the theory calculation and analysis were carried out.The rigidity of charging bridge,especially that between the two supports were recognized to be improved.After the supports were added and reinforced,the problem of oscillation of charging bridge has been settled,and it can ensure production on the rails.
