防爆外壳内大功率可控硅元件热管冷却的实验研究

摘    要:在笔者建立的自然对流和强制对流传热实验台上,用热管对防爆外壳内大功率可控硅元件的多种工况进行了自然对流和强制对流换热实验研究。得出了适用于防爆外壳内大功率可控硅元件的铜—丙酮热管的自然对流和强制对流放热准则式;还得出了可控硅元件表面温升随元件热流量的变化曲线,以及元件表面与冷却环境之间热阻随元件热流量的变化曲线。为设计防爆壳内大功率可控硅或其它电子元件用的热管提供了可靠依据。

Abstract:The paper deals with the experimental study of the heat pipe sink of high power silicon controlled rectifier (SCR) in the explosion proof enclosure with natural and forced convec-tion heat transfer. Dimensionless correlations of natural and forced heat convection of copper-acetone heat pipe have been obtained. Curves showing changes of surface tempera-ture increment of SCR and heat resistance with the heat flow rate are given. It provides a reliable basis for heat pipe designing.
