| 摘 要： | 铝合金挤压特宽空心壁板型材是地铁、城市轨道交通车辆用经济断面型材。不仅对减轻车体重量、提高车速、提高运行性能有重要意义；而且对减少能量消耗，降低废气污染，提高环境质量也有显著效果。是各国竞相研制、发展的重要产品。并论述了特宽空心壁板型材生产的设备和技术条件。

| Abstract: | Aluminum extruded hollow profile with super large section is a kind of high efficiency profile ,which is used for subway and other railway vehicles.This kind of profile is not only useful for reducing the weight of the vehicle, speeding up and improving the properties, but also for saving energy and improving the quality of air.In this paper, the production equipment and technical requirements of the profile are described. |
