| 摘 要： | 根据《全国资源型城市可持续发展规划（2013—2020）》文件，我国现有资源型城市262座，城市数量多，分布广，现实地位突出。实现资源型城市可持续发展意义重大,而要想实现资源型城市可持续发展必然要求我国资源型城市进行经济转型。文章对资源型城市经济转型的内涵和思路，产业转型模式、接替产业的选择、新产业的培育，转型的支撑和保障措施等进行研究，得出：现有研究以描述性的静态案例实证研究居多，长时间动态分析少，研究成果能否在实际应用中得到检验还有待观察。提出的转型对策还需结合经济学理论以数据量化指标进行研究。同时还应加强微观层面资源型层面企业的研究。

| Abstract: | ccording to “the Sustainable Development Planning of National Resources based Cities 2013 2020”, China has 262 widely spreading resources based cites with protruding significance. Their sustainable development is outstanding which requires economic transformation. This paper discusses the connotation, views, mode, alternative industrial selection, new industries, and supports regarding the economic transformation. The existing research which is mainly concentrating on static cases, less in long term dynamic analysis needs validating in practice. This paper presents paths to economic transformation in resources based cities that need to further quantitatively studied with economics theory. Also further studies shall pay attention on resources enterprises at a microscopic level. |
