瓦斯管道快速阻爆控制器的设计

摘    要:低浓度瓦斯发电利国利民,但是存在很大的安全隐患,根据管道瓦斯爆炸的传播规律,设计相应的监测设备—监测火焰的紫外火焰传感器和监测冲击波传感器的压力传感器,同时设计信号综合控制器,成为快速监测、快速响应、可靠判断的整套监控设备,并通过管道模拟实验加以验证设计的合理性。

Abstract:It is a good polity of low concentration of gas generation,but it has a lot of potential safety problems.According to the pipeline gas explosion transmission rule,we design monitoring device,including the ultraviolet flame monitoring sensor and monitoring of shock wave of pressure sensor,and sensor signals integrated controller.They becom a reliable device of rapid monitoring,quick response.Through pipeline simulation experiments,we verified the rationality of the design.
