电位滴定法测定工业烧碱中氢氧化钠和碳酸钠的含量

摘    要:目前GB/T4348.1—2000测定工业用氢氧化钠中氢氧化钠和碳酸钠含量时,采用的是化学滴定法,但是此方法存在耗时耗试剂等一系列缺点,不符合现代分析化学发展的趋势,而自动电位滴定法操作方便,测定快速准确,有利于实现化学分析的自动化。本实验用瑞士Metrohm682电位滴定仪对大量样品进行测定,数据表明,电位滴定法的准确度和精密度可以满足国标的要求,可用自动电位滴定法代替化学滴定法。

Abstract:According to national standard GB/T4348.1 -2000, sodium hydroxide and sodium carbonate of industrial sodium hydroxide with traditional chemical titration were determinated. However, the existence of time - consuming and reagent consumption was not in conformity with the trend in the development of analytical chemistry. But the automatic potentiometric titration was easier, faster and more accurate determination, and favore achievement of the automation of chemical analysis. In this experiment many samples applying Switzerland Metrohm 682 titroprocessor were determinated. The results showed that the accuracy and precision of the methed could meet with the requirements of national stand- ard, and potentiometric titration could replace of chemical titration.
