关键元器件参数测试在EMC设计中的应用

摘    要:通过对某产品的传导发射和辐射发射试验超标案例的分析,以及更换不同的变压器和采用相应的滤波措施后,发现超标原因是所用变压器的共模抑制性能不够,并搭建了一个共模抑制参数的测试装置证实了这一结论。最后,综合案例提出了一种新的EMC设计方法,即在产品设计前就能够对EMC关键器件的参数进行测试选择,直至建立一个EMC器件参数库,实现了从定性设计为主到以定量设计为主的设计方法。

The Parameter Test of Critical Components in EMC Design
Abstract:By analyzing the reason of failure for conducted emission and radiated emission of a product,and after replacing different transformers and using relevant filtering measures,the reason that the transformer lacks of the ability of common-mode rejection is obvious.Then,the assumption is validated by setting up a testing device.Finally,combined with the case proposed,a new method for EMC design is put forward,which is to test the parameters of EMC critical components ahead of product design in order to establish a parameter library of EMC critical components.Thus,the method of qualitative design could transfer to the method of quantitative design.
