摘    要:本文介绍了回转轴的螺距误差补偿原理和基于激光干涉仪的螺距误差测量系统,并讨论了这种螺距误差补偿方法在提高数控转台定位精度时所出现的问题和解决方案。

Abstract:This paper introduces a principle to compensate the screw pitch error of rotary axis,as well as a system to measure the screw pitch error of rotary axis based on laser interferometer.Apart from that,the problems and solutions which may be met in improving the positioning accuracy of CNC rotary table through the screw pitch are also presented.
