| Abstract: | This paper introduces a principle to compensate the screw pitch error of rotary axis,as well as a system to measure the screw pitch error of rotary axis based on laser interferometer.Apart from that,the problems and solutions which may be met in improving the positioning accuracy of CNC rotary table through the screw pitch are also presented. |
