基于地域特色的浙中山地村落更新方法与实践

随着乡村生产结构的转型和生活方式的转变，许多传统山地聚落已经开始或即将走上大规模转型与更新的道路，面对新一轮的村落更新，如何“防范于未然”，创造一种合理的方法，对村落更新加以引导，使其从更新前期研究到规划设计阶段就有一个高起点和正确方向，是摆在眼前的一个重要问题。研究以当前“新农村”建设中聚落更新与脉络传承间的矛盾为背景，在浙江磐安白云山村的规划设计实践中，通过立足于山地风貌，挖掘其地域特色，对原有的山地聚落进行有机更新，建立一种产住混合人居模式，使其适应新的生活要求和产业发展要求。通过对山地聚落更新方法的尝试，希望对于量大面广的中国山地聚落更新有所裨益。

The Renewal Method and Practice for the Mountain Village in the Middle Part of Zhejiang based on Regional Characteristics

As the transition of village production pattern and change of life style,a lot of mountain settlements have started or will start large-scale adjustment and renovation.Regarding a new round of village renovation,prevention is better than cure.How to create a practical method,providing guidance to village renovation,ensuing a high starting point and correct direction from feasibility research phase to planning and design phase,is the most important problem at hand.The paper is based on the contradiction involved in the renovation of settlements and context reservation in new rural construction,trying to make an organic renewal and establish an industrial-and-residential complex dwelling pattern in the plan and design of Baiyunshan village in Pan’an County of Zhejiang Province,which is on the basis of its mountainous scene and regional characteristics,to meet its needs of living and industry development.This paper focuses on experimenting on mountain settlement renovation method,and provides useful advice and reference to large-scale Chinese mountain settlements.
