中国城镇化发展质量研究评述

我国城镇化在高速推进中,质量问题引人关注。通过文献综述的方式,对我国城镇化质量的内涵和研究对象、质量评价模型展开研究,总结提高我国城镇化质量的主要措施,即除了需要健全城镇体系、引导人口合理流动、增强城镇综合承载能力、提高管理水平外,还需要解决制约乡村发展的深层次矛盾,推动城乡全面的统筹和协调,展开劳动力资源的"二次开发",提高农民工向市民转化的能力,发挥各地根植性优势,走特色城镇化道路。

Development Quality Research Of China's Urbanization

The quality problems have been noticed when China’s urbanization in a high speed advance.The paper uses the literature summarize,studies the intension of urbanization quality,object of study and quality evaluation model,summarizes the main measures which enhance China’s urbanization quality.The measures need prefect the town system,guide population mobility,enhances carrying capacity and the control level.Beside that,the measures have to solve the deep-rooted imbalance of restricting country’s development,plan as a whole of town-country development,unfold the "double development"of labor power,enhance the transform ability of peasant-worker to townspeople,express the rooted superiority,develop in a characteristic urbanization road.
