| 摘 要： | 强镇扩权是近年来我国沿海发达地区解决经济强镇发展瓶颈问题的体制改革模式。扬州小纪镇是目前江苏省强镇扩权改革的试点城镇,其新中心区规划引入"反磁力吸引"体系的规划理论,在人口与产业集聚方面,构建办公集聚区,适度混合居住用地、完善公共服务;在交通联系方面,强调新区与老镇区、产业园区和机场的空间功能对接;在生态景观方面,利用水系资源和绿地系统,突出小城镇特色;在地域文化方面,建设农耕文化馆和水域廊道,加强文化认同感,打造"反磁力"型小城镇。

| Abstract: | Enlarging towns and their administrative power is a model for small town development in coastal regions.Yangzhou Xiaoji town is an experimental town of enlarging towns and their administrative power in Jiangsu province.Its new district planning introduces anti-magnetic attraction theory,establishes office concentration area,mixes residential land uses,integrates public service,enhances transportation connection between new district and old town,industrial park and airport,utilizes water and green system for cityscape creation,builds agriculture museum and watercourse to enhance cultural identification. |
