虚拟样机技术在糖厂压榨生产线的应用研究

摘    要:阐述虚拟样机技术及其应用的广泛性和重要性,从糖厂压榨车间均衡输蔗自动控制、压榨工段设备改进2个方面对压榨工段自控技术的发展现状进行了分析,探讨虚拟样机技术应用于压榨生产线的研究方法及应用前景,指出压榨生产线可视化设计、压榨生产线虚拟样机2种可能的发展方向。

Abstract:The importance and universalityof virtual prototype technology and its application,the process of grinding workshop in sugar mills are described in this paper.Development of automation is analyzed from two aspects,including balanced transportation automatic control of sugarcane and equipment improvement,the methods and application prospects of virtual prototype technology used in squeezing production line are discussed.Finally,two possible directions,visual design of the crushing production line and modeling of virtual prototype of the production line are proposed in detail.
