数控车床主轴变频调速传动控制的优化设计

摘    要:文章介绍了数控车床主轴变频调速传动控制的设计方法,通过对传动控制的负载特性与容量适配选型、变频调速控制原理及系统的接口设计、干扰的抑制、变频器参数合理设置的分析研究,从而达到优化设计的目的,掌握其运用方法,是确保数控车床主轴传动系统能够稳定、可靠运行的保证。

Abstract:This paper introduces the CNC lathe spindle speed drive control design methods, through the drive control of load characteristics and capacity selection, adaptive frequency control principle and system interface design, interference suppression, inverter parameter setting reasonable analysis, thereby reach the purpose of optimization design, master the use method, is to ensure that the numerical control lathe spindle drive system can be stable, reliable operation of the guarantee.
