摘    要:针对三氟化硼-苯甲醚化学交换精馏法分离富集硼同位素的试验研究中裂解生成的10BF3气体的特殊工况,对其进行了提纯收集工艺研究。采用低温精馏法的原理对10BF3进行提纯,并且利用气体全冷冻式液化法对其进行收集试验。采用PRO/Ⅱ软件进行模拟得到,在-68℃的分离温度下,提纯10BF3的丰度达到95%以上,并且保证纯度(质量分数)为94%,其收率可以达到96.2%。另外选择液氮冷阱温度为-110℃对10BF3进行全冷冻液化收集,循环利用效果良好。

Abstract:According to the special condition of pyrolysis operation in the chemical exchange distillation process of boron 10 isotope separation,the gas purification and collection process of high abundance of 10BF3 was studied.The gas 10BF3 was purified by low temperature distillation,and was collected through fully refrigerated liquefaction.The simulation by PRO/Ⅱ shows that at the separation temperature of-68 ℃,the abundance of 10BF3 reaches above 95%,and the yield can reach 96.2% on the premise of guaranteeing the purity(mass fraction) of 94%.It has a good effect by recycling the liquid nitrogen in the collection process of 10BF3 with the liquid nitrogen cold trap temperature of-110 ℃.
