摘    要:延安石油化工厂120万t/a连续重整装置自2009年投产以来,预加氢系统出现了3次压降上升较快现象,最大时达到1.4 MPa(设计压降0.8 MPa),严重时导致装置停工。通过反复研究分析,是由于部分石脑油经长途运输含氧质量浓度偏高(7—16.8 mg/L)造成原料结焦所致。在分析清楚原因基础上,采用在预加氢进料前增加除氧系统措施,经近1年的运行结果表明:进料油中含氧质量浓度小于0.1 mg/L,系统压降稳定在0.8—1.0 MPa,装置达到了正常运行状态。

Abstract:In the pre-hydrogenation system,three times of faster pressure drop rising occurred,with a maximum of 1.4 MPa(design pressure drop is 0.8 MPa),which resulted in plant shutdown in severe condition since the continuous reforming unit of Yan′an Petrochemical Plant of 1.2 million t/a was put into operation in 2009.Through repeated research and analysis,it shows that the reason is a high oxygen mass concentration(7-16.8 mg/L) in naphtha due to long-distance transportation results in raw material coking.Based on the clear reason analysis,the measure taken for the problem is to add a deaerator system in the pre-hydrogenation feed.The results of nearly one-year operation show that when the oxygen mass concentration of pre-hydrogenation feed oil is less than 0.1 mg/L,the system pressure drop maintains in 0.8-1.0 MPa,and the plant can achieve the normal operation.
