同城化空间发展模式研究

同城化作为我国特殊城镇化过程中产生的一种新现象,目前在理论上的研究还仅局限于对同城化的内涵、发展特征、措施和作用效应等方面。为此,通过对当前同城化案例的梳理,从理论方面明确同城化的概念及内容,阐述同城化的发展条件,对同城化的时序性进行探索,在此基础上对同城化的模式进行归类,得出"毗邻型"和"遥望型"两种类型,其中"遥望型"又包括"共筑新城"、"分散组团"和"生态绿核+卫星城镇"三种模式。

Reflection On Integrate Development Of Neighboring Cities

Integrate development of neighboring cities is a new phenomenon in China’s urbanization process.Present theoretical research focuses on connotation,development trend,measures,and effects of the phenomenon.The paper studies existing cases,clarifies the concept,content of integrate development of neighboring cities,explains the conditions,orders of integrate development,and concludes two types of integrate development: neighboring type,and corresponding type.Corresponding type includes three models: cooperation on new city development,dispersed units development,ecological green city and satellite towns development.
