| 摘 要： | 大城市边缘区在发展历程中存在着地域空间、社会空间、公共设施空间、职住空间分割等问题。基于此,为达到融合边缘区的各类地域和社会空间的目的,南京市江宁区东山新市区中心体系规划通过完善多样化和多层次的中心体系,选择多核的空间模式,选择区位中心型,明确对内、对外的职能关系等多种规划手段,有效促进边缘区各类地域的空间融合,完善各类功能区的有效配套,以期为大城市边缘区的产业升级、空间融合和功能提升提供有益的规划建议。 |

| Abstract: | Metropolitan peripheries have physical,social,infrastructural,and functional segregation problems.To integrate peripheral spaces,Dongshan new district central system planning promotes spatial integration by defining spatial structure,hierarchies,location,and functions.It will promote peripheral spatial integration and infrastructural development.The plan will offer advices on industrial,spatial,and functional development of metropolitan peripheries. |
