摘    要:机床改造是一个永恒的课题,具有显著的经济效益。本文详细介绍了WHN13型大型镗铣床数控装置改造过程。在对原机床进行综合评估后,提出了改造方案,分析了电气系统连接、PLC程序编辑、伺服零漂调整等多项关键技术。

Abstract:Machine tool rebuilding, which has significant economic benefits, is a timeless subject. The paper details WHN13 CNC boring and milling machine tools equipment of large transformation process. The rehabilitation program was proposed after comprehensive assessment of the original machine. The electrical system connection, PLC program editing, the servo zero drift adjustment and many other key technologies were analysis in the article.
