摘    要:通过分析某公司苯抽提装置工艺流程和用能现状的特点,利用热力学中的夹点和火用分析方法,提出了3条降低装置能耗的优化方案:催化重整装置和苯抽提装置热联合方案、换热网络优化方案及合理利用蒸汽方案。优化方案施行后,节约1.0 MPa蒸汽可增效31.8万元/a,节约循环水可增效12.7万元/a,节约高品质蒸汽可增效49万—57.7万元/a。

Abstract:The process flow and the energy consumption of the benzene extraction unit were analyzed.Based on the measures of pinch point and exergy analysis,three optimized measures were proposed to reduce the energy consumption of the unit,i.e.heat integration of the catalytic reforming and the benzene extraction,optimization of the unreasonable heat network,and modification of the inefficient use of the high-quality steam.After the execution of the optimization plans,the 1.0 MPa stream reduction can increase the benefit by 0.318 million yuan/a,the circulation water reduction can increase benefit by 0.127 million yuan/a,and the high-quality stream reduction can increase benefit by 0.49-0.577 million yuan/a.
