摘    要:通过基于工业PC机的开放体系结构数控系统在卧式加工中心上的应用,研究数控机床NC-PMC-机床本体之间的实时数据联系,探讨采用C 语言的模块化PMC程序结构和软件开发方法,总结与机械调整相配合的模块化PMC软件一般调试步骤。

Abstract:By the use of open Architecture CNC system based on industry PC for horizontal machining center,the real data relation of NC-PMC- machine tool is studied in this paper , the modularized program structure and development metho d of PMC software with C++ are discussed,and the common debugging steps of modularized PMC software in concert with machine adjustment are summed up.
