| 摘 要： | 通过虚拟组织生命周期各阶段特点及对信息系统需求的分析,提出基于虚拟组织生命周期的应用平台应具有架构开放性、模块化及流程动态重组等特点,并给出了一个基于ERP和WebService实现的实例。
