多校区管理:问题与出路——兼论我国大学内部管理体制改革

20世纪90年代以来，在大学合并和大学扩招双重作用下，我国许多大学都由单校园变成了多校园，多校园管理问题随之出来。最突出的问题表现为：大学校园如何布局、如何节省管理成本和如何实现校园文化融合。对于多数大学而言，已经不可能再退回到原来的单校园模式，必须进行管理创新以适应新形势。本文认为创新的关键在于实现从传统的集中式管理向符合大学组织特性的协调式管理转移。

On the Management of Multi-Campus Universities: Problems and Outlets

Problems of multi-campus universities arose in the late 1990s following the amalgamation of universities and the expansion of higher education.The three major problems are:how to renew the overall arrangement;how to decrease the cost of management;how to merge every campus into wholeness culturally.The decision-makers have two choices:to go back to the single campus or to change the mode of management.Most universities have no choices but to change the mode of management.This paper finds the transition from the centralized vertical management to a decentralized coordinate management necessary.
