基于可拓学的岗位等级综合评价

摘    要:提出一种将定性与定量评价方法相结合,以可拓学理论为基础建立物元模型进行岗位等级综合评价的方法.该方法在计算各指标关联度的基础上确定出岗位等级.通过对该方法的应用,证明其比传统的评价方法更客观,更易于计算机编程实现.

Abstract:Traditional qualitative evaluation methods of position focus on the macroscopical evaluation.Tradi- tional quantificational methods are based on the valuators'experience so that the objectivity is not strong.For solving these problems,this paper presents a grade evaluation method of position,which connetcs the qualita- tive evaluation with quantifieational one and creates a matter element model based on extenics.This method can calculate the position grade based on the relation degree of different indexes.Through the application in practice,it is proved that this method is more external than the traditional ones and is easy to be realized by programming.
