微合金非调质钢N80油井管研制

摘    要:通过对钢的强韧化分析,得出V、Nb可同时提高钢的强韧性,为此设计了3种非调质钢。对其进行工业试验表明,通过调整轧制和控制冷却工艺及其参数,采用36Mn2V、35Mn2VNb可分别生产出合格的非调质N80油管和接箍料管。

Abstract:The toughness and strength of steel can be improved at same time by V, Nb micro-alloying. Three kinds of Non-quenched and tempered steels were designed. Industrial test shows that the qualified N80 oil-well tubing and coupling tubing can be produced by reasonable rolling and cooling technology.
