S形曲线加减速算法的研究

摘    要:S形曲线加减速算法克服了传统的加减速算法在机床启动和加减速结束时存在加速度突变以及电机的柔性冲击。本文推导了S曲线加减速度算法,给出了速度、位移的计算通式。通过S曲线加减速算法的软件仿真,可以看出其速度曲线在变化过程中十分平滑。说明该算法柔性度较好,适用于高速切削加减速控制。

Abstract:The S-shape acc/dec improves the flexibility and stability of CNC system. The S-shape acc/dec algorithm is studied in this paper, in which the velocity and displacement are all been computed and discussed. Through simulated the S-shape acc/dec algorithm to show velocity's change is flexibly, which can be used in high speed CNC system.
