非贯通式铸钢节点应力分析和设计原则

摘    要:针对应用于空间结构的铸钢节点形式和特点 ,比较了贯通式和非贯通式节点的力学性能 ,结果表明非贯通式节点具有较好的力学性能。提出铸钢节点设计原则和保证强度可靠的标准节点构造确定流程 ,并以非贯通式十字型铸钢节点为例加以说明。

Abstract:The style and characteristic of cast steel joints used in space structures are i ntroduced.By comparing of the mechanical properties of penetrated and non-penet rated cast steel joints,the latter shows better behaviors.A stress criteria for design of the joint and the procedure for determination of the shapes and sizes of standard joints are proposed.And a cross-type non-penetrated cast joint is taken as an example to demonstrate the method suggested.
