矿井通风系统可靠性变权综合评价的研究

摘    要:在对已有研究成果归纳总结的基础上,建立了包含矿井通风系统的原始参数、日常通风系统、防灾抗灾系统、监测系统和管理系统5个单元,46项指标的评价体系,对各指标建立了分级界定值和隶属函数,使各指标对象的评测值转化为统一的无量纲量。在分析基于常权的综合评价基础上,针对矿井通风系统可靠性评价问题,将变权原理引入模糊综合评价中,建立了多级变权模糊综合评价模型,研究了相应的算法,采用VC++6.0和SQL2000数据库系统,开发了矿井通风系统可靠性评价软件.实际应用表明,变权评价结果的各等级隶属度差别更加明显,符合安全上的严要求.

Abstract:On the basis of concluding and summarizing the original research results,the evaluation system of five aspects and forty six factors including the source date of mine ventilation system,general ventilation system, disaster-preventing and disaster-decreasing system,monitor system and management system are established.The graded definite value and membership function of various factors have also been established,which will transform various evaluation values into the unified dimensionless quantity.Based on the constant weight comprehensive evaluation and aimed at the reliability evaluation of ventilation system,the variable weights theory is introduced into the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to establish the multi-level variable weight fuzzy evaluation model.In view of the problems of the mine ventilation system reliability evaluation,the multi-steps variable weight fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model is found.Its corresponding algorithm is studied.The mine ventilation system reliability evaluation software is developed by using Visual C language and SQL SERVER 2000 database systems.The practical application shows that the difference in membership degree of all levels is much more obvious than ever before,which can well meet the requirement for safety production in coal mines.
