| 摘 要： | 分析了铜资源在我国的战略地位,总结了我国铜资源的主要特点,对我国铜资源的供需状况进行了分析。提出了实现我国铜工业可持续发展的主要措施,其中包括:加强国内铜资源勘探,加强国内重点工程建设,加强低品位铜矿的研究与开发,整合行业资源,组建具有国际竞争力的大集团,促进再生铜资源的合理利用,建立铜储备政策和制度,积极稳妥地利用国外资源。
