摘    要:为使汽轮机转子在线热应力监测和寿命管理系统中的危险截面确定有准确的依据,对135MW汽轮机转子进行冷态启动条件下的热一应力耦合有限元计算。计算了存在中心孔和无中心孔两种转子模型,及在相同几何尺寸、相同边界条件和初始条件下的温度分布和应力分布。计算结果表明,两个转子模型的外表面应力差异不大,但中心部位的应力相差较大。

Abstract:In order to have exact foundation in the decision of the danger point of steam turbine rotor in linear thermal-stress inspection and life-span management system, calculation of finite number of elements of thermal-stress coupled-fieht for 135 MW steam turbine rotor under the cold starting-up condition was calculated. The temperature and stress distribution of two different rotor model with and without central hole were caleulated, with the same geometrical dimension, same boundary conditions and same initial conditions. The result shows that the two rotor models do not have great difference in the stress of outer surface, but have great difference in the stress of central position.
