蒸发器盘管的腐蚀失效分析

摘    要:采用化学元素分析、金属离子分析、X射线荧光分析,结果表明,腐蚀失效的盘管材质符合20^#钢的标准成分,蒸发器盘管局部失效穿孔,原因是铜离子与氧极化剂共同作用所致。

Abstract:The failure reason of spiral tube of evaporator was studied by means of chemical composition analysis,metal-ion analysis,fluorescence analysis and so on.The results indicated that chemical composition of spiral tube was in accordance with the standard composition of 20# steel.Tubing failure belongs to the local corrosion.The failure was due to with Cu+ and oxidizer.
