摘    要:以油酸钠为捕收剂,详细探讨了-20μm细粒菱锰矿、磷灰石溶解组分对以六偏磷酸钠、栲胶及糊精为选择性抑制剂时混合矿样浮选分离的交互影响,利用各种测试手段及计算对其机理做了深入的研究。研究表明,六偏磷酸钠、栲胶及糊精在单矿物体系中均显示出良好的选择性抑制作用,然而在混合矿样体系中,由于溶解组分的影响,使六偏磷酸钠及栲胶均失去了其选择性,无法实现两种矿物的有效分离。根据不同pH值条件下的矿物表面性质的改变,以糊精为选择性抑制剂,成功地进行了混合矿样分离,并获得了较满意的结果。

Abstract:In this paper, the interaction of dissolved components from-20μm fine-grained rhodochrosite and apatite mixture on their separation by flotation using sodium hexamelaphosphate (HMFNa), quebracho or dextrine as depressants and sodium oleate as collector was discussed in detail. The mechanism of the interaction was also comprehensively studied by means of instrument analysis and theoretical calculation. It shows that HMFNa, quebracho or dextrine all have good selective depression on single mineral system. But the influence of dissolved species on fine-grained rhodochrosite and apatite mixture system causes both HMFNa and quebracho to lose their selectivity. The effective separation of rhodochrosite from apatite can not be reached. Based on changes of mineral surface property at different pH values, using dextrine as selective depressant, the separation of fine-grained rhodochrosite from apatite has been successfully obtained.
